摘要
随着现代科学技术的不断发展,互联网技术的普及,“互联网+医疗”新模式成为改善医疗服务质量、提升医院管理水平的热议话题之一。为了响应广东省相关医疗卫生政策,积极推进深化医改,东莞市人民医院力求构筑有东莞特色的医疗新生态,更好地服务病患,造福人民。该文从“互联网+医疗”服务政策实施原理、对医院的影响及实施变革面临的挑战、对实施服务的评估、如何借鉴美国管理发展经验等多角度进行分析与探讨。
With the continuous development of modern science and technology and the popularization of Internet technology,the new model of"Internet+medical treatment"has become one of the hot topics in improving the quality of medical services and improving the level of hospital management.In order to respond to the relevant medical and health policies of Guangdong Province and actively promote the deepening of medical reform,Dongguan People's Hospital strives to build a new medical ecology with Dongguan characteristics to better serve patients and benefit the people.The article will analyze and discuss the principles of the implementation of the"Internet+medical"service policy,the impact on hospitals and the challenges faced by the implementation of reforms,the evaluation of the implementation of services,and how to learn from the experience of management development in the United States.
