摘要 南水北调中线沿线地质结构复杂,建筑物种类多,监测项目和监测点多,为及时获取工程安全的有关信息,结合中线工程集中控制、统一管理的特性,从计算机网络技术角度,建立了安全监测数据采集、分析模型,设计了分布式数据采集系统,安全监测中心、安全监测分中心、管理处安全监测站安装数据采集软件并开发相应的安全监测应用系统。通过计算机进行自动化监测和控制,实现实时监测、快速分析和监测数据远程控制,实现功能完善、操作灵活、运行可靠、先进实用的目标,大幅度降低监测成本,提升监测效率,为相关部门提供科学决策依据,对存在的风险作出正确预估判断,从而采取相应对策,保证工程安全。 The geological structure along the middle route of the south to North Water Diversion Project is complex,there are many kinds of buildings,and there are many monitoring items and monitoring points.In order to obtain the relevant information of the project safety in time,combined with the characteristics of centralized control and unified management of the Middle Route Project,from the perspective of computer network technology,the safety monitoring data acquisition and analysis model is established,and the distributed data acquisition system,the safety monitoring center,the safety monitoring center and the monitoring center are designed The safety monitoring sub center and the safety monitoring station of the management office install the data acquisition software and develop the corresponding safety monitoring application system.Through computer automatic monitoring and control,real-time monitoring,rapid analysis and remote control of monitoring data can be realized.The goal of perfect function,flexible operation,reliable operation,advanced and practical can be achieved.The monitoring cost can be greatly reduced,the monitoring efficiency can be optimized,and the scientific basis can be provided for the decision-making of decision-making departments,and the existing risks can be correctly judged,so as to take corresponding countermeasures,Ensure the safety of the project.
