摘要
针对西方建筑模式影响、国内建筑系统内执行串行建筑运作流程以使得设计与建造相脱离、建造流程整体低效的现实问题,重新审视建筑系统内设计、建造的生成机制与操作方式,运用模块化理论与方法,结合低碳建筑技术、并行化操作模式,重新整合建筑系统内的运作流程,以使得“设计—建造”一体化。
In view of the impact of western architectural models,the implementation of serial building operational processes in domestic building systems have the practical problems of separating design from construction,and the overall inefficiency of the construction process.The paper re-examines the generation mechanism and operation mode of design and construction in building systems,and uses modular theory and methods.Combined with low-carbon building technology and parallel operation mode,the paper re-integrates the operational processes within the building system,which is to make“design-build”integration.
