摘要
分析了电梯维保行业存在的问题。运用博弈论对电梯监管部门、电梯使用者、电梯维保单位之间的博弈进行了分析。在两家维保单位之间的博弈分析中给出改变博弈结果的临界约束条件,为电梯维保行业监管部门和电梯使用者提供新的管理思路,以期促进电梯维保行业良性发展。
The problems existed in elevator maintenance industry are analyzed.The game is analyzed by game theory among elevator supervision departments,elevator users and elevator maintenance unites.The critical constraint condition,which is changing the game result,is given by the game analysis between the two maintenance unites.The new management way is put forward to elevator supervision departments and elevator users,for promoting the sound progress of elevator maintenance industry.
