食管癌术后胸腔胃溃疡伴假性动脉瘤破裂导致的上消化道出血1例 被引量：2

Upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage caused by thoracic stomach ulcer associated with rupture of pseudoaneurysm after esophageal cancer surgery:report of one case

摘要 1临床资料患者男,72岁。因"呕血、黑便4 d,加重1 d"于2020年5月6日急诊入院。20年前曾行食管癌根治术。入院急查血常规:红细胞1.65×10;/L,血红蛋白49 g/L。血压74/42 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心率140次/min血氧饱和度98%。入院后给予禁食水、抑酸、输血、抗休克等对症治疗。次日患者病情稳定后于行胃镜检查:距离门齿20 cm见食管胃吻合口,吻合口黏膜尚光滑。距离门齿30 cm胃黏膜见一溃疡灶,1.5 cm×1.5 cm大小,表面覆有血痂,未见明显活动性出血(图1①②)。
