摘要
针对赵庄煤业二号井1309工作面两顺槽安装的顶板离层在线监测系统,介绍了系统构成、数据传输方式、主要功能,最后对观测数据和关键问题进行了分析。结果表明:顶板离层在线监测系统可以实现数据实时监测和在线传输,不丢失数据且数据可靠,工作面前方平均23.3 m位置顶板离层开始加速,2~8 m之间离层达到30 mm时,为预警界限。
Aiming at the roof separation on-line monitoring system for installation of two grooves in the 1309 working face of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry No.2 Coal Mine,the system structure,data transmission mode and main functions are introduced,the observation data and key problems are finally analyzed.The results show that the roof separation on-line monitoring system can realize real-time data monitoring and on-line transmission,no data loss and reliable data.The average position in front of the working face is 23.3 m and the roof separation begins to accelerate.When the separation reaches 30 mm between 2-8 m,it is the early warning limit.
