摘要
为了研究液氮在煤矿防灭火时的惰化、降温特性,对液氮惰化处理前后的煤样进行了相关实验分析研究。通过程序升温氧化实验结果表明,煤样经液氮惰化后,能够一定程度上抑制煤的氧化。通过构建封闭空间内液氮防灭火模拟装置,实验研究液氮在破碎松散煤体内释放后浓度场和温度场的分布。实验结果表明,灌注液氮对降低松散煤体的温度效果明显,能够在短时间内降低封闭空间内的氧气浓度,起到很好的降温惰化的防灭火效果。
In order to study at liquid nitrogen inerting in coal mine fire prevention and control,cooling characteristics,the coal samples before and after liquid nitrogen inerting treatment were analyzed and studied.By temperature programmed oxidation experiment results show that the coal after treatment with liquid nitrogen,oxidation of coal can be suppressed to some extent.By constructing liquid nitrogen anti-fire extinguishing device,the concentration field and temperature field of nitrogen in the coal body are studied.The experimental results show that the perfusion liquid nitrogen on the reduction of the temperature effect of loose coal is obvious,and can reduce the oxygen concentration in the closed space in a short period of time,and play a good cooling and inert anti-extinguishing fire.
