摘要
针对断层群应力环境复杂、围岩破碎、巷道支护难度大的问题,以金庄煤矿2404皮带顺槽为背景,通过超前锚注加固、锚注一体支护、架棚支护和二次注浆改性围岩结构等多位一体、刚柔结合的方法对断层群破碎围岩巷道进行支护,达到控制围岩稳定的目的。实践表明,支护后断层破碎带巷道围岩变形速率明显下降,巷道围岩稳定可控。
In view of the complex stress environment,the broken surrounding rock and the difficulty of roadway support of the fault group,taking the 2404 belt of Jinzhuang Coal Mine as the background,the broken surrounding rock roadway of fault group is supported by multi-in-one,rigid and flexible methods,such as advance bolting and grouting reinforcement,anchor-grouting integrated support,frame support and secondary grouting modified surrounding rock structure,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the stability of surrounding rock.The practice shows that the surrounding rock deformation rate of the roadway in the fault fracture zone decreases obviously after the support,and the surrounding rock of the roadway is stable and controllable.
