摘要
目的观察在消化道恶性肿瘤患者中应用完全植入式静脉输液港和经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的护理效果。方法研究对象方便选自该院2019年1月—2020年12月间收治的消化道恶性肿瘤患者60例,采用计算机随机数抽样方法进行随机分组,每组30例。比对组实施经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管,分析组实施完全植入式静脉输液港。分析两组生活质量评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果分析组QLQ-c30评分情感职能(90.05±6.38)分、社会功能(91.57±5.14)分、精神健康(92.58±5.35)分、生理职能(91.37±5.24)分均高于比对组的(86.57±6.55)分、(86.39±7.27)分、(87.62±7.26)分、(86.44±7.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.084、3.186、3.012、3.015,P<0.05);分析组并发症发生率(6.67%)明显低于比对组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.037);比对组护理满意度(70.00%)低于分析组(93.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.454,P=0.019)。结论在消化道恶性肿瘤患者中应用完全植入式静脉输液港针对性护理能够有效降低并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得在临床中广泛应用。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of fully implantable intravenous infusion port and PICC tube in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors.Methods 60 study subjects were conveniently selected from patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors admitted in the hospital between January 2019 and December 2020,and randomized groupings were carried out using computer-generated random number sampling methods,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the comparison group received central venous catheter placement via a peripheral vein,and patients in the analysis group received a fully implanted intravenous port.Comparative analysis of the quality of life score,nursing satisfaction,and complication rate of the two groups.Results The QLQ-c30 scores of emotional function(90.05±6.38)points,social function(91.57±5.14)points,mental health(92.58±5.35)points,and physiological function(91.37±5.24)points of patients in the analysis group were higher than those of the comparison group(86.57±6.55)points,(86.39±7.27)points,(87.62±7.26)points,(86.44±7.26)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.084,3.186,3.012,3.015,P<0.05).The complication rate of the analysis group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that of the comparison group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.037).The nursing satisfaction of the comparison group(70.00%)was lower than that of the analysis group(93.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.454,P=0.019).Conclusion The application of fully implantable intravenous infusion port targeted care in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve patient care satisfaction.It is worthy of extensive clinical application.
