通信机房专用空调室外机高雾化喷淋技术应用案例

摘要 近年来,随着运营商建设通信网络的速度不断加快,全国通信网络规模和用户规模不断扩大,通信机房内通信电子设备数量不断增加,机房内热负荷不断增长,机房专用空调机组成为保障机房内通信设备正常工作的重要设备。确保通信机房空调正常运行,并降低空调的用电量成为重要课题。介绍了东莞联通新时空大厦机房空调室外机组雾化喷淋改造案例,研究了改造后机房空调运行工况和用电量的变化,分析了不同自然环境温度下高雾化喷淋技术对空调节电率的影响,探讨了兼顾节电率和节水率的解决方案。案例结果表明,室外机的高雾化喷淋改造改善了室外机散热环境,保障了通信网络安全,提高了空调制冷效率,能够实现良好的效益。 In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of the construction of communication network by operators,the continuous expansion of the scale of national communication network and users,the number of communication electronic equipment in the communication machine room is increasing,and the heat load in the machine room is increasing.The special air conditioning unit in the machine room has become an important equipment to ensure the normal operation of communication equipment in the machine room.It has become an important issue to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner in the communication room and reduce the power consumption of the air conditioner.This paper introduces the case of atomization spray transformation of outdoor unit of air conditioner in the machine room of Dongguan Unicom new space-time building,studies the changes of operating conditions and power consumption of air conditioner in the machine room after transformation,analyzes the impact of high atomization spray technology on power saving rate of air conditioner under different natural ambient temperatures,and discusses the solution taking into account power saving rate and water saving rate.The case results show that the high atomization spray transformation of the outdoor unit improves the heat dissipation environment of the outdoor unit,ensures the security of the communication network,improves the refrigeration efficiency of the air conditioner,and can achieve good benefits.
