摘要
任脉偏歪作为一种临床病理体征,其在疾病的预防、诊断、治疗、预后评估方面均具有一定的临床意义,但其既往的文献及临床研究较少,临床对其运用也相对不足。笔者通过观察临床任脉偏歪的不同病理征象,并通过学习赖新生教授引气归元针法的具体实践过程,发现引气归元针法可提挈阴阳、辨治形气、调整虚实,对于具有任脉偏歪病理表现的疾病有显著疗效。
As a clinicopathological sign, conception vessel(CV)skew is of clinical significance in terms of prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognostic assessment for disease. However,there is a paucity of previous literature and clinical studies and its clinical use is relatively inadequate. By observing the different pathological signs of CV skew in clinical practice,and by learning the specific practice of acupuncture therapy with conducting qi back to its source, the author found that the acupuncture therapy with conducting qi back to its source can promote yin and yang, regenerate body qi according to syndrome differentiation, and regulate deficiency and excess,which has significant efficacy in diseases with the pathological manifestations of CV skew.
