新冠疫情减排期间广东省空气质量响应及其驱动力分析 被引量:4

摘要 2020年新冠疫情期间,政府实施了强有力的封控措施,使人为排放降低显著,这也为研究更强减排力度下空气质量的响应提供了一次独特天然实验.为研究疫情减排期间广东省空气质量变化情况及其驱动因素,将广东分为珠三角、粤东和粤西北三个地区,利用观测与再分析资料等数据分区分析了疫情期间广东省空气质量变化情况及其驱动因素.结果显示,和2020年春节前比较,2020年春节后(即疫情期间)的气象场要素更不利于臭氧(O_(3))的光化学生成.和2019年节后比较,疫情期间广东省人为排放低于往年同期,但O_(3)浓度并未随前体物浓度的下降而下降.受气象要素主导影响,疫情减排期间O_(3)浓度变化特征在不同地区呈现出明显差异.明晰了人为排放水平变化、气象条件等因素对空气质量的影响,也强调了充分考虑气象因素、人为排放以及O_(3)光化学生成的非线性进行分区域污染治理的必要性. During the COVID19 pandemic, Chinese government’s urgent epidemic prevention measures led to significant reductions in anthropogenic emissions, providing a unique natural experiment to study the response of air quality under stronger emission reductions. By dividing Guangdong Province into three regions, i. e. Pearl River Delta, Eastern part and Northwestern part,the changes in air quality and the driving factors have been studied using observational and reanalysis data.The results show that the meteorological conditions during the Spring Festival holiday in 2020(i.e. during the epidemic) were less conducive to ozone photochemical production, compared with that before Spring Festival. Moreover, the reduction of anthropogenic emissions in Guangdong Province during the Spring Festival holiday in 2020 were much greater than that in2019. However, in 2020, the ozone concentration did not drop further with the sharp declines in its precursors, under the combined influence of anthropogenic emission changes and meteorological conditions. What’s more, the features of ozone concentration changes showed obvious differences in different regions,dominated by meteorological factors.
