摘要
为了研究某矿8^(#)煤层在综采条件下回采工作面底板的变形破坏规律以及受工作面超前支承应力影响的距离问题,运用沿080102工作面轨道平巷布置的由2个监测钻孔和8个应变传感器探头构成的应变实测系统,得到了随回采工作面推进各个应变传感器探头的应变量变化曲线,确定了工作面底板采动破坏深度范围为8.1~11.3 m,平均周期来压步距为8.2 m,并给出了采场底板垂深与采动影响距离两者之间的函数关系式。现场应变实测系统研究结果与工作面液压支架数字压力仪观测的周期来压步距相近。综采薄煤层采动底板变形破坏深度规律的研究结果为这一区域下组煤的资源开采提供了可靠依据。
In order to know the deformation failure and the distance affected by the advanced supporting stress of the fully mechanized working face in No.8 coal seam, the study used a strain measurement system constituted by 2 monitoring boreholes and 8 strain sensor probes in the roadway of 080102 working face in order to obtain the strain variation curves as the working face advancing. As a result, the mining-induced failure depth on the floor ranges from 8.1 to 11.3 m and the average periodic weighing is 8.2 m. The functional relation is also determined between the vertical depth of the stope floor and distance affected by mining. The results obtained from the field strain measurement system are close to the periodic weighing interval distance observed by the digital pressure gauge of the hydraulic support. In addition, the results on the depth of deformation and failure of the mining floor in fully mechanized thin coal seams could be a reliable basis for the mining of the lower coal group in this area.
