摘要
本文在分析云南高速公路服务区污废水特点基础上,针对性地采用生物接触氧化与MBR膜技术组合工艺,辅助以紫外线消毒工艺使得处理后的尾水得以回用于绿化区域灌溉。技术工程实践运行监测结果表明采用的工艺组合对污染物处理效率均达到了95%以上,处理后的尾水满足《城市污水再生利用景观环境用水水质》(GB/T 18921-2019)中观赏性景观环境用水—水景类标准。同时,该技术基于无线网的远程控制,通过对运行期间的水质、水量及电耗的实时监控,在发生环境事件时,系统可以实时提供现场情况、应急方案,并辅助环境决策。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of wastewater in the expressway service areas,the combined processes of biological contact oxidation and MBR,assisted by the ultraviolet disinfection process,are used to treat the wastewater,and the treated water can be reused for irrigation in the green area.The operation monitoring results of the technical project practice showed that this processes has reached more than 95%of its pollutant treatment efficiency,and the treated tail water meets the requirements of the"The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standard for scenic environment use"(GB/T 18921-2019).At the same time,based on remote control of the wireless network,this technology can provide real-time on-site conditions,emergency plans,and assist environmental decision-making through real-time monitoring of water quality,water volume and power consumption during operation.
