摘要
结合水力旋流器在实际生产中的运行情况,重点阐述水力旋流器母液添加过程存在的生产工艺不匹配、母液不足、液量波动、液量不平衡等问题,并通过理论计算和流程改造,得出母液流程优化、母液管碱洗、分解固含的控与母液量的关系,确定了分级机的运行台数,保证了母液的稳定连续添加,从而稳定水力旋流器的效果,分级比由1.24提高到2.0。
It is focused on mismatching production process,insufficient mother liquor,fluid volume fluctuations,unbalanced fluid volume and the other problems in additive process of mother liquor of hydraulic cyclone as per operation of hydraulic cyclone in actual production,according to theoretic calculation and process improvement,it is proposed mother liquor flow optimization,alkali cleaning of mother liquor pipe,the numbers of running units of classifier should be confirmed by controlling of the relationship between decomposition solidification and mother liquor's volume,thereby the effect of hydraulic cyclone is stabled,the rating ratio is increased from 1.24 to 2.0.
