摘要
采用多层电介质膜衍射(MLD)光栅实现多路光纤激光的共孔径光谱合成是主流的光谱合成方案。本实验搭建了4路平均输出功率为100W量级的窄线宽脉冲光纤激光器,中心波长在1058~1075nm,利用基于MLD光栅的光谱合成系统,成功获得了平均功率360W,峰值功率122 kW,脉冲能量0.36mJ,合成效率90%,重复频率1 MHz,脉冲宽度2.95ns的光谱合成脉冲激光输出。最大合成功率下对应的输出光束质量因子M^(2)小于2(M_(x)^(2)=193,M_(y)^(2)=1.6)。
Multi layer dielectric(MLD)grating is always used to combine multiple channel fiber lasers into common aperture beam.In the experiment,we set up four narrow linewidth pulsed fiber lasers with the average output power of~100 W and the center wavelength ranging from 1058 nm to 1075 nm.By the use of the Spectral Beam Combination(SBC)system with a MLD grating,the output spectrally combined pulse laser was successfully obtained,featuring average power of 360 W,peak power of 122 kW,pulse energy of 0.36 mJ,combination efficiency of 90%,repetition rate of 1 MHz,pulse duration of 2.95 ns.At maximum combined output power,the beam quality factor M^(2) was less than 2(M_(x)^(2)=1.93,M_(y)^(2)=1.6).
