摘要
创业是推动经济发展的重要渠道。本研究的目的在于剖析大学生创业意向的影响因素,为致力于提升学生创业意向的高校创业教育的开展提供借鉴。通过文献分析、德尔菲法结合专家访谈以及问卷调查等研究方法,基于计划行为理论(TPB)总结出创业意向的影响因素进行模型建构,运用决策实验室法(DEMATEL)+网络分析法(ANP),计算因素的权重,得出资源促进条件、创业态度以及创业认知为影响因素中起着最为关键作用的结论。
Entrepreneurship is an important way to promote the development of economy. The aim of this study is to identify the important factors that determine college students’ entrepreneurial intention, so as to provide reference for colleges and universities to carry out the entrepreneurship education that focuses on the improvement of college students’ entrepreneurial intention.Through literature analysis, Delphi method combined with the research method of expert interview and questionnaire survey based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB), it summed up the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention and constructed a model, and used the method of decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL) + analytic network process(ANP) to calculate weights for each factor, finding that resource promotion conditions, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial cognition as the influencing factors play a key role.
