摘要
目的了解急诊科护士专业心理支持求助态度现状及影响因素,从而为满足其专业心理支持求助需求提供指导。方法于2018年1月—2019年6月选取5所医院急诊科护士262名作为研究对象,使用护士基本情况问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、中国护士压力源量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表以及专业心理支持求助态度简版量表进行调查,使用线性回归分析专业心理支持求助态度的影响因素。结果急诊科护士专业心理支持求助态度得分为(21.33±4.72)分,为中上等水平;工作压力平均得分为(104.55±20.62)分,处于中度压力水平;睡眠质量平均得分为(12.78±3.28)分,72.90%的被调查对象存在睡眠质量较差问题;焦虑评分为(60.72±6.24)分,抑郁评分为(61.45±6.75)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄、职称、睡眠质量得分、焦虑程度、抑郁程度、遭受过工作场所暴力、有过专业心理求助经历和工作压力均是急诊科护士专业心理支持求助态度的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士专业心理支持求助态度处于中上等水平,急诊科护士对专业心理支持需求较高,并受到多种因素影响,应为急诊科护士提供相应心理辅导,以满足其心理求助需求。
Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of nurses'professional psychological support attitude in emergency department to provide guidance for their professional psychological support and help needs.Methods 262 nurses in the emergency department of five hospitals were selected as the research object using the convenience sampling method,using the nurse basic questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,Chinese nurse stress source scale,anxiety self-rating scale,depression self-rating table and a brief version of the professional psychological support for help attitude survey.The influencing factors of professional psychological support for help attitude were analyzed by linear regression.Results The nurse's professional psychological support attitude for emergency department score was(21.33±4.72)points,which was middle-to-upper grade.The average work stress score was(104.55±20.62)points,which was at a moderate stress level.The average score for sleep quality was(12.78±3.28),with 72.90%had sleep quality.The anxiety score was(60.72±6.24),and the depression score was(61.45±6.75),which was a high level.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that:age,job title,sleep quality score,anxiety,depression,workplace violence,professional psychological help experience and work pressure were all significant influencing factors for nurses in emergency department for professional psycholo-gical support attitude(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency department nurses'professional psychological support and help seeking attitude is in the middle and upper level.Emergency department nurses have higher demand for professional psychological support and are affected by many factors.Therefore,we should provide corresponding psychological guidance for emergency department nurses to meet their psychological help seeking needs.
