摘要
根据TANK式(腔体式)除泡机中托盘的结构和在运行中的受力情况,分析了包括托盘自重变形、型材变形、安装误差、应力变形等多方面的因素,设计了一种新的结构,避免了构件变形对设备运行的影响。在实际使用中,不仅节约了制造成本,还彻底解决了多层托盘相互剐蹭的问题,保证了设备的可靠性。
According to the structure of tray in TANK(cavity type)defoamer and the stress situation in operation,the factors including self-weight deformation of tray,profile deformation,installation error,stress deformation and so on are analyzed,and a new structure is designed to avoid the influence of component deformation on equipment operation.In practical application,it not only saves the manufacturing cost,but also completely solves the problem of multi-layer tray scratching each other,and ensures the reliability of the equipment.
