感潮河道钢管混凝土组合桩围堰施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 广佛大桥主墩P8承台位于白沙河道内,白沙河潮位差约2m,属于感潮河道,考虑主墩基础承台埋深较大、嵌岩较深、岩面倾斜等复杂条件,常规钢板及钢管桩围堰无法穿过岩层插打到设计标高,通过比较常见围堰的不同特点和各自的适用范围,并兼顾经济、安全、适用等因素,总结改进形成C9锁扣钢管桩加灌注组合桩围堰施工技术,并就此钢管+钢筋混凝土桩组合围堰的施工流程进行了详细阐述。 P8 abutment of main pier of Guangfo Bridge is located in Baisha River,which is a tidal river with a tidal level difference of about 2m.Conventional steel plate and steel pipe pile cofferdam can not be inserted into the design elevation through rock layer due to complex conditions such as large buried depth of main pier foundation cap,deep rock socket and inclined rock surface.By comparing the different characteristics and application ranges of common cofferdams,taking into account the factors of economy,safety and applicability,this paper summarizes the improvement of construction technology of C9 lock-buckle steel pipe pile plus grouting composite pile cofferdam.The construction process of combined cofferdam of steel pipe and reinforced concrete pile is elaborated in detail.
