摘要
大多数TBM施工都采用预制管片作为永久衬砌结构,管片施工为TBM掘进提供了对开挖隧洞进行及时支撑,保障了正常掘进速度和施工安全;管片的衬砌质量也反映着最终隧洞的质量,保证衬砌质量的前提就是高质量的管片预制和安装。管片完全采用美国的设计、施工和检验验收规范,对于中国施工企业是一个全新的挑战。
Prefabricated segment is used as permanent lining structure in most TBM construction,which provides timely support for tunnel excavation and ensures normal excavation speed and construction safety.The lining quality of the segment also reflects the quality of the final tunnel.Prefabrication and installation of the segment with high quality is the prerequisite to guarantee the lining quality.Segment completely adopts American design,construction and inspection acceptance standard,which is a brand new challenge for Chinese construction enterprises.
