摘要 以九室RTO为研究对象,介绍了多室RTO的原理,对比分析在处理同样VOCs废气风量条件下九室RTO与三室RTO、五室RTO并联组合工艺的优缺点,并对其运行控制系统进行了详细的阐述,得出其在处理大风量VOCs废气应用上具有较好的优势及积极的现实意义。 Taking the nine-chamber RTO as the research object,the principle of multi-chamber RTO was introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the nine-chamber RTO process and the parallel combination process of three-chamber RTO and five-chamber RTO under the condition of dealing with the same VOCs exhaust air volume were compared and analyzed.at the same time,its operation control system was expounded in detail.In conclusion,nine-chamber RTO has advantages and positive practical significance in treating large air volume VOCs exhaust gas.
