摘要
渤海X油田潜山为块状底水裂缝油藏,开发阶段存在油井含水上升快、局部水淹严重等问题,根据油藏分析判断底水沿大裂缝锥进是导致部分油井高含水的主要原因,由于无法利用生产管柱卡堵出水层位,化学堵水是治理此类问题的有效手段。依据该油田地质油藏特征及储层流体物性等开展物模实验优选了一种凝胶堵水体系,通过评价封堵率、成胶强度等相关指标均达到性能要求,采用该体系进行矿场试验,X22井堵水后含水大幅下降,增油效果明显,现场应用表明该技术成功解决以往潜山泡沫体系堵水封堵率低、有效期短等缺陷,有效提高了水驱波及体积,具有较好的应用前景。
The buried hill reservoir in Bohai X oilfield is a massive bottom water fractured reservoir.During the development stage,there were problems such as rapid rise of water cut in oil wells and serious local flooding.According to reservoir analysis,it was judged that the coning of bottom water along large fractures was the main cause of high water cut in some oil wells.Since the production pipe string cannot be used to block the water outlet layer,chemical water plugging is an effective means to control such problems.According to the characteristics of the geological reservoir and the physical properties of the reservoir fluid,a gel water plugging system was optimized by physical model experiments.The evaluation results of the plugging rate,glue forming strength and other related indicators showed the performance requirements were met.The field test was carried out with this system.After water plugging in Well X22,the water cut decreased significantly and the oil increase effect was obvious.Oil field application showed that this technology successfully solved low plugging rate and short validity period problems of foam system water plugging in the past buried hill reservoir,effectively improved the waterflood sweep volume,had good application prospect.
