摘要
设计了一种丙酮-醋酸甲酯变压精馏分离工艺,并以Aspen Plus软件为平台,对该工艺进行了模拟计算。通过模拟研究,确定低压精馏塔的工艺参数为:理论板数为120、质量回流比为18、在第72块理论板进料;确定高压精馏塔的工艺参数为:理论板数为120,质量回流比为40,在第32块理论板进料。通过该工艺分离丙酮和醋酸甲酯物系,可生产纯度99.5%以上的优等品丙酮。
A pressure swing distillation separation process of acetone-methyl acetate was designed,and the simulation calculation for the process was carried out on the platform of Aspen Plus software.Through simulation study,the process parameters of low-pressure distillation column are determined as follows:the number of theoretical plates is 120,the mass reflux ratio is 18,and the feed is on the 72nd theoretical plate;the process parameters of high-pressure distillation column are determined as follows:the number of theoretical plates is 120,the mass reflux ratio is 40,and the feed is on the 32nd theoretical plate.Acetone and methyl acetate system can be separated by this process to produce excellent acetone with purity above 99.5%.
