摘要
目的讨论急性酒精中毒的中西医结合护理及实施效果。方法试验病例选于2017年1月至2018年5月在我院接受诊治的急性酒精中毒患者80例,以数字盲选法均分为对照组与试验组,在治疗期间分别以常规护理与中西医结合护理模式施护,对其护理效果进行统计和分析。结果通过对数据进行研究和分析后可知,试验组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度均较好,对照组相比之下差一些,组间数据比较有统计学差异。结论在急性酒精中毒患者的治疗中使用中西医结合护理方式,可大大提升治疗效果,患者的护理满意度较高,该方法具有推广使用价值。
Objective To discuss the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on acute alcoholism.Methods The first choice was to determine the selection object,and the selection range was determined for the patients with acute alcoholism who were treated in our hospital.Then,the sample selection time was determined from January 2017 to May 2018.The patients who used the basic routine nursing mode were arranged as the control group,and the patients who used the integrated nursing mode of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were arranged as the experimental group;sample number:40 cases in each group.The nursing effect was analyzed.Results After the research and analysis of the data,it can be seen that the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were good,the control group was worse compared,and the data had statistical differences between groups.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute alcoholism,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can greatly improve the therapeutic effect,and the patients'nursing satisfaction is high,which has the value of promotion and application.
