摘要
目的观察优质护理用于急性阑尾火中的效果。方法选择2010年10月至2011年1月期间收冶的44例急性阑尾火患者,均子以腹腔镜手木治疗,围手木期22例患者给予常规护理(纳入I组),另22例患者接受优质护理(纳入II组),对比两组患者护理情况。结果护理后,乙组患者手木时间、木中出血量、24 h VAS评分、住院时间以及Barthel指数均仇于甲组,有统计学意义(P>0.05)乙组护理满意度、并发症发生率依次为95.45%、0,和甲组72.73%、13.64%相比较,差异均较为明显(P>0.05)。结论急性阑尾火围手木期实施仇质护理,有益于咸缩手木时间、咸少木中出血量、降低并发症发生的风险,优化患者生,舌质量,同时对护理质量的提升也有促进作用.
Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing in acute appen山citis.Methods Forty-four cases of acute appendicitis admitted between October2010 to Jan皿I)'2011 were treated with laparoscopic surgery,22 patients received routine care during the perioperative period(group I),and 22 patients received high-quality nursing(group II).Comparison of two groups of patients nursing situation.Results After nursing,group B patients had better sur部cal time,intraoperative hemorrhage,24 h VAS score,hospitalization time,and Barthel index than group A,which was statistically significant(P>0.05);The rates of nursing satisfaction and complications in group B were 95.45%and 0,respectively.Compared with group A 72.73%and 13.64%,the differences were more obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing in the perioperative period of acute appendicitis is beneficial to reducing the time of operation,reducing the amount of bleeding,reducing the risk of complications,optimizing the quality oflife of patients,and also promoting the improvement of the quality of care.
