摘要
在交管大数据应用发展的背景下,基于交管数据对涉嫌交通事故“碰瓷”线索研判的模型搭建是对数据分析与实战应用有机结合的具体探索,对提升发现、应对、和处置“碰瓷”违法犯罪案件能力具有重要意义。本文在总结侦办“碰瓷”案件经验和厘清数据结构特点的基础上,对交通事故“碰瓷”线索研判模型搭建进行探究,旨在利用数据模型手段破解以往交通事故“碰瓷”发现难、打击迟的困局,推进打击交通事故“碰瓷”违法犯罪工作的有效开展和持续发展。
In the context of the application and development of traffic management big data,the construction of a model based on the traffic management big data for the investigation and judgement of“porcelain bumping”clues in suspected traffic accidents is a specific exploration of the organic combination of data analysis and practical application,which is of great significance to improve the capability of discovering,responding and dealing with"porcelain bumping"illegal and criminal cases.On the basis of summarizing the experiences of investigating"porcelain bumping"cases and clarifying the characteristics of data structure,this paper explores the construction of a clue research and judgment model for"porcelain bumping"traffic accidents,with the purpose of using the data model to solve the dilemma of difficult discovery and late crack down of"porcelain bumping"cases experienced in previous traffic accidents investigation so as to promote effective and sustainable development of the fight against"porcelain bumping"traffic accident crimes.
