摘要
粉煤灰作为一种工业废弃物,对其进行充分利用越来越受到人们的重视。本文首先介绍了粉煤灰的形成、矿物组成、晶体结构以及活性;其次,低活性粉煤灰作为一种非活性填料替代腻子中部分填料是可行的,既可以解决低活性粉煤灰的利用,同时又可以降低腻子的成本;通过物理改性后的超细粉煤灰替代部分腻子中的水泥,拓展了粉煤灰在建筑腻子中的利用方式;通过加入碱性激发剂,可以有效激发粉煤灰的早期活性,替代建筑腻子中的部分水泥;利用粉煤灰替代腻子中填料、水泥是可行的,具有非常高的经济效益。但同时也需要政府制定相关的政策,相关的部门制定对应的标准,促进粉煤灰在腻子中的应用,引导行业健康发展。
As a kind of industrial waste,fly ash has been paid more and more attention to its full utilization.This article introduces the formation,mineral composition and crystal structure of fly ash at the first.Secondly,it is feasible to use low-activity fly ash as an inactive filler to replace part of the filler in putty.It can not only solve the use of low-activity fly ash,but also reduce the cost of putty;superfine powder after physical modification Coal ash replaces part of the cement in putty and expands the use of fly ash in construction putty;by adding alkaline activator,it can effectively stimulate the early activity of fly ash and replace part of the cement in construction putty;it is feasible that fly ash replaces filler and cement in putty and has very high economic benefits.But at the same time,it is also necessary for the government to formulate relevant policies and relevant departments to formulate corresponding standards to promote the application of fly ash in putty and guide the healthy development of the industry.
