摘要
刚地弓形虫感染引起的弓形虫病是全球最常见的人兽共患寄生虫病之一,全球约30%~50%的人口曾感染弓形虫。免疫功能正常人群获得性感染弓形虫后一般无症状,但恶性肿瘤等免疫缺陷患者感染弓形虫后通常可能引发致死性临床结局。恶性肿瘤是全球第二大死亡原因。既往体外细胞学和动物模型体内实验表明,刚地弓形虫对多种肿瘤细胞具有显著抑制作用,并可提高荷瘤小鼠生存率、延长小鼠生存时间;但亦有研究表明,弓形虫感染具有促进肿瘤发生发展作用。此外,大量流行病学研究发现恶性肿瘤患者抗弓形虫抗体血清学阳性率显著高于健康人群。本文主要就刚地弓形虫感染与肿瘤间的关联研究进展作一综述。
Toxoplasma gondiiis one of the most common zoonotic parasites in the world,and 30%to 50%of the global populations are estimated to have a history of T.gondii infections.Acquired infections with T.gondii in immunocompetent individuals are generally asymptomatic;in immunodeficient patients,however,T.gondii infections may induce deadly clinical outcomes.Malignant tumors are the second leading cause of mortality worldwide.Previous in-vitro cell assays and in-vivo animal experiments have demonstrated that T.gondii remarkably suppresses the growth of multiple tumor cells,and improves the survival of tumor-bearing mice.Nevertheless,T.gondii infections are also reported to promote tumor development and progression.In addition,a number of epidemiological studies have shown higher seroprevalence of anti-T.gondii antibodies in patients with malignant tumors than in healthy populations.This reviews summarizes the advances in the interplay between T.gondii infections and tumors.
