遥控PVP治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折的具体作用优势分析

摘要 目的:分析遥控经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折的具体作用及优势.方法:选取2018年6月-2019年5月75例骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折患者,采用随机数字表法,划分对照组38例和观察组37例,2组均行PVP治疗,对照组手动灌注骨水泥,观察组使用远程可遥控骨水泥自动推进器灌注骨水泥,比较2组骨水泥灌注时间、骨水泥灌注量、椎体高度、骨水泥渗漏率、疼痛程度、并发症发生率.结果:观察组骨水泥灌注时间短于对照组;观察组患者椎体高度高于对照组(P<0.05);2组骨水泥灌注量差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组患者骨水泥渗漏率低于对照组;治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折中应用遥控PVP治疗,骨水泥灌注时间短,椎体高度低,很少发生渗漏情况,患者的疼痛程度得到了有效缓解,安全性强.
