摘要
目的了解2015—2020年重庆市江津区手足口病的病原学特征,为提出有针对性的防控措施提供科学依据。方法收集2015—2020年重庆市江津区某院手足口病例的实验室检测资料并进行流行病学特征分析,分类资料的比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果2015—2020年从手足口病例的5248份临床标本中检出4658份为肠道病毒阳性,其中其他肠道病毒2580份(55.39%),Cox A16有1649份(35.40%),EV 71有429份(9.21%)。不同年份病原学构成差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=913.062,P<0.05)。其他肠道病毒的检出高峰在10-12月,EV 71和Cox A16的检出高峰均在4-6月。不同年龄组(χ^(2)=554.011,P<0.05)、不同人群(χ^(2)=387.101,P<0.05)病原学构成差异均有统计学意义。Cox A16的在上半年的感染风险高,其他肠道病毒在下半年感染风险更高。结论手足口病的优势毒株处于动态变化中,目前以其他肠道病毒为主,需对其他肠道病毒分型检测。应动态关注病原谱的流行特征,依据不同的病毒类型而开展精准防控。
Objective To understand the etiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Chongqing Jiangjin Central Hospital from 2015 to 2020 so as to provide a scientific basis for proposing targeted prevention and control of HFMD.Methods Laboratory test data of HFMD in Chongqing Jiangjin Centre hospital from 2015 to 2020 were collected,and the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD were analyzed.Results Among 5248 samples collected from 2015 to 2020,4658 were enterovirus positive,including 2580 samples of other Enteroviruses(55.39%),1649 samples of Cox A16(35.40%)and 429 samples of EV71(9.21%).There was a statistically significant difference of pathogenic composition in different years(χ^(2)=913.062,P<0.05).The peak of detection of other Enteroviruses is from October to December,and the peak of detection of EV71 and Cox A16 is from April to June.Significant differences of pathogenic composition were observed in different age groups(χ^(2)=554.011,P<0.05)and populations(χ^(2)=387.101,P<0.05).Cox A16 has a high risk of infection in the first half of the year,whereas other Enteroviruses have a higher risk of infection in the second half of the year.Conclusion The dominant strains of HFMD are in dynamic change.The typing and detection of other Enteroviruses should pay more attention to the epidemic characteristics of the pathogen spectrum,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Precise prevention and control should be implemented based on the epidemiological characteristics of different virus types.
