摘要
目的了解三明市居民土源性线虫感染现状,为制定土源性线虫病防治规划提供科学依据。方法2016—2020年根据《全国土源性线虫病监测方案》(试行)要求,每年于10-12月在三明市监测点采集3岁以上常住居民粪便样品,应用改良加藤厚涂片法(Kato-Katz)检测土源性线虫虫卵;应用透明胶纸肛拭法检测3~9岁儿童蛲虫卵。感染率间的比较采用卡方检验。结果2016—2020年三明市累计监测调查8470人,其中男性4005人,女性4465人;检出感染者513例,土源性线虫总感染率为6.06%,以轻度感染为主。2016—2020年感染率分别为10.90%,9.75%、5.37%、1.12%和2.5%。检出钩虫卵感染者318例、鞭虫卵感染者33例,感染率分别为3.75%和0.38%,儿童蛲虫感染率为14.14%,未发现蛔虫感染。男性感染率为5.00%,女性感染率为7.01%,不同性别感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.09,P>0.05);各年龄组间感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=115.46,P<0.05);不同职业人群感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=115.10,P<0.05);不同教育程度的人群感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=114.98,P<0.05)。结论三明市监测点土源性线虫感染率总体呈低水平状态,但钩虫和蛲虫为重点防治虫种,仍需继续开展监测,加强对农民和老年、儿童群体的健康教育及防治工作。
Objective To understand the current situation of soil-transmitted helminth infection,to provide the scientific basis for formulate the prevent and control program of soil-transmitted helminth infection disease.Methods According to the requirements of the National Soil-borne Nematode Disease Surveillance Program(Trial),from Oct.to Dec.every year during 2016 to2020,feces samples of permanent residents over 3 years old were collected from surveillance sites in Sanming city,the modified Kato-Kats smear method was used to detect soil-borne nematode eggs;For children aged from 3 to 9 years old,cellophane anal swab was used to detect pinworm eggs.Chi-square test was used to compare the infection rates.Results From 2016 to 2020,total 8470 people were investigated in Sanming city,4005 were male and 4465 were female;513 infected cases were detected,the total infection rate of soil-borne nematodes was 6.06%,mainly were low-grade infection.The infection rates from 2016 to 2020 were 10.90%,9.75%,5.37%,1.12%and 2.5%,respectively.318 cases of hookworm egg infection and 33 cases of whipworm egg infection were detected,the infection rates were 3.75%and 0.38%,respectively.The infection rate of pinworm in children was 14.14%,and no ascarid infection was found.The infection rate was 5.00%for males and 7.01%for females.The difference of infection rate between different genders was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.09,P>0.05);The difference of infection rate between different age groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=115.46,P<0.05);And the difference of infection rate among different occupations was statistically significant(χ^(2)=115.10,P<0.05);There was significant difference in infection rate among people with different education levels(χ^(2)=114.98,P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in monitoring sites of Sanming city was generally low.However,hookworm and pinworm are the key species for prevention and control,it is necessary to continue monitoring and strengthen health education and prevention
