摘要
目的探讨1.5T磁共振(MRI)扩散加权成像(dDWI)序列的信号值(SI)鉴别诊断肝脏实性良恶性肿瘤的应用价值。方法对37例肝脏恶性肿瘤及29例实性良性肿瘤的DWI信号值进行测量,采用wilcoxon秩和检验分析两组信号之间的差异。若肝脏实性良、恶性肿瘤的信号值差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),则绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价信号值鉴别诊断肝脏实性良、恶性肿瘤的效能。结果肝脏恶性肿瘤的DWI信号平均值为(180.6±91.24),肝脏良性肿瘤的DWI信号平均值为(205.6±105.12),两者之间的信号差异无明显统计学意义(P=0.4894)。结论尚未发现DWI信号值能对肝脏实性良恶性肿瘤进行明确的鉴别诊断。
Objective To evaluate the value of SI in differential diagnosis of liver solid benign and malignant tumors based on 1.5T magnetic resonance(MRI)diffusion weighted imaging(dDWI)sequence.Methods The DWI signal values of 37 liver malignant tumors and 29 solid benign tumors were measured,and the difference between the two groups was analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test.If the signal values of liver solid benign and malignant tumors were significantly different(P<0.05),the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn to evaluate the efficacy of signal values in the differential diagnosis of liver solid benign and malignant tumors.Results The DWI signal average of liver malignant tumors was(180.6±91.24),and the DWI signal average of liver benign tumors was(205.6±105.12),and there was no significant statistical significance between the signals between the two(P=0.4894).Conclusion DWI signal values have not been found to be able to make a clear differential diagnosis of liver solid benign and malignant tumors.
