食品安全指数法评估杭州地区市售草莓中农药残留风险 被引量:11

Risk assessment of pesticide residues in strawberry in Hangzhou region based on food safety indexes

摘要 目的了解杭州地区市售草莓中农药的污染状况,为杭州市草莓的安全生产和科学监管提供理论依据。方法2020年2月-3月采集57份草莓样品检测36种农药残留,采用食品安全指数和农药残留风险系数法评估杭州地区市售草莓中农药残留风险。结果53份样品检出农药残留,样品检出率为93.0%,无超标样品。所监测的36种农药中检出14种农药残留,杀虫剂和杀菌剂中检出率最高的农药种类分别为啶虫脒(38.6%)和腐霉利(70.2%)。所检出的农药残留的安全指数值均远<1,说明这些农药残留量对杭州地区市售草莓产品的安全没有影响;风险系数均<1.5,为低度风险。结论杭州地区市售草莓中普遍存在农药残留污染,但污染程度较轻,草莓的安全状态均为可以接受。 Objective This study is to investigate the pollution of pesticide residues in strawberry in Hangzhou region,in order to provide scientific basis for food safety supervision.Methods Fifty-seven strawberry samples were collected from February to March in 2020 for the detection of 36 pesticide residues.The risk of pesticide residues in commercially available strawberries in Hangzhou was evaluated by food safety index and pesticide residue risk coefficient method.Results The detection rate of pesticides in strawberry samples was as high as 93.0%.However,no samples overrode the standards.Fourteen residues were detected among 36 pesticides.Acetamiprid(38.6%)and procymidone(70.2%)were detected with the highest detection rate in insecticide and fungicide,respectively.The overall food safety indexes of pesticides were less than one,indicating strawberries in Hangzhou were safe for consumption.The residue risk coefficients of pesticides were below 1.5,which were at low-risk.Conclusion Pesticide residue pollution is common in commercially available strawberries in Hangzhou region,but the overall contamination level was low.The safety status of strawberries in Hangzhou remains acceptable.
