摘要
"学校热、企业冷"一直是高职院校校企合作中亟待解决的问题。本文基于SWOT矩阵,对高职院校校企合作中面临的优势、劣势、机会和挑战进行分析,提出四个促进企业参与校企合作的对策,包括路径融合、拓展平台;理念融合、提高视野;治理融合、战略协同;绩效融合、优化评价。校企合作的驱动力由依靠外部支持向满足自身发展需要转化,从而促进校企合作可持续发展。
The fact that universities or colleges prevail over enterprises has always been an urgent problem to be solved in the university-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges.Based on the SWOT matrix,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,and proposes countermeasures to promote enterprises to participate in university-enterprise cooperation,including path integration,expansion platform,concept integration and improvement of vision,governance integration,strategic coordination,performance integration and optimization evaluation.It should transform the driving force of university-enterprise cooperation by relying on external support to meeting their own development needs,thereby promoting the sustainable development of university-enterprise cooperation.
