摘要
针对唐山市某工业园区污水水质特点,采用“水解酸化+A/O+高密度沉淀+V型滤池+臭氧催化氧化+BAF+活性碳吸附+膜脱盐”组合处理工艺对园区污水进行处理,COD、氨氮去除率均达87.5%,SS去除率达80%,总磷去除率73.3%,总氮去除率60.5%,TDS去除率82.1%,出水COD≤40mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,氨氮≤2mg/L,总氮≤15mg/L,总磷≤0.4mg/L,TDS≤950mg/L,满足《城镇污水处理厂污水排放标准》一级A标准(GB18918-2002)。
According to the characteristics of sewage quality in an industrial park in Tangshan city,the combined treatment process of"hydrolytic acidification+A/O+high-density precipitation+V-type filter+ozone catalytic oxidation+BAF+activated carbon adsorption+membrane desalination"was adopted to treat the sewage in the park.The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen are 87.5%,SS is 80%,total phosphorus is 73.3%,total nitrogen is 60.5%,TDS is 82.1%.The effluent COD≤40mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤2mg/L,total nitrogen≤15mg/L,total phosphorus≤0.4mg/L,TDS≤950mg/L,meet the"Urban sewage Treatment Plant Sewage Discharge Standard"level A standard(GB18918-2002).
