摘要
国家储备林建设作为国家重大战略,是我国林业发展战略的重要方向。我国林下经济总产值逐年剧增,参与人数超过3400万,成为农民增收的重要来源之一。在国家储备林充足的林下空间中,种植经济作物,可增加项目收益,巩固生态建设成果,实现良好的综合效益。不同于一般的林下种植,在国家储备林中发展林下经济不能损害目标树种的生长培育,应明确采用的种植模式和投资管理方式。对于参与企业,建议以订单式生产为主,以市场为导向,适时调整种植产品方案。
As a major national strategy,the construction of national reserve forest is an important direction of China s forestry development strategy.The total output value of China s forest economy has been increasing year by year,and the number of participants has exceeded 34 million,which has become an important source of farmers income.In the understory space with sufficient national reserve forest,planting cash crops could increase project income,consolidate the achievements of ecological construction,and achieve good comprehensive benefits.Different from the general understory planting,the development of understory economy in the national reserve forest couldn t damage the growth and cultivation of the target tree species,and the planting mode and investment management method adopted should be clearly defined.For participating companies,it s recommended to focus on order-based production,market-oriented,and adjust planting product plans in a timely manner.
