摘要
采用生物原位合成法和生物原位自组装法制备功能细菌纤维膜,对生物原位自组装中的培养基功能材料添加法、基底膜引入法和生物矿化法的研究现状进行了综述,对自组装过程中应注意的影响因素和相关技术在生物原位自组装制备功能细菌纤维膜上的应用进行了探讨,并对存在的问题进行了总结。生物法可以简单有效地使细菌纤维素与各类功能材料结合,且制备过程环保可控,是一种具有发展潜力的功能细菌纤维素膜制备方法。
The bio-in-situ synthesis method and hio-in-situ self-assembly method of preparation of functional bacterial fiber membranes are introduced.The research status of addition of functional material in culture medium,introduction of basement membrane and biomineralization during bio-in-situ self-assembly are reviewed.The influencing factors that should be paid attention to and the application of related technologies on preparation of functional bacterial fiber membranes via bio-in-situ self-assembly are discussed,and the existing problems are summarized.The biological method can simply and effectively combine bacterial cellulose with various functional materials,and the preparation process is environmentally friendly and controllable.It is a method for preparing functional bacterial cellulose membranes with development potential.
