摘要
本文从外观及生长发育特点、组织器官形态结构、血液生理生化水平、细胞分子水平、肠道菌群、维生素及氨基酸、抗高原反应药物7个方面论述了动物机体对高原低氧环境的适应性反应。阐述了高原土著动物适应高原低氧环境的特点,分析了低海拔动物对高原环境习服的机体应答及减小移居高原动物高原反应的可行方案。以期为高原地区引种工作及培育适应高原环境动物新品种提供理论依据。
In this paper, we have discussed the adaptation of animals to high altitude hypoxia environment from seven aspects: the appearance, growth and development characteristics;tissues and morphological structures of organs;blood physiological level;cell and molecular level;intestinal flora;vitamins and amino acids;and anti-high altitude reaction drugs. We have summarized the characteristics of plateau native animals in adapting to plateau environment, analyzed the responses of low altitude animals’ acclimation to plateau environment and the feasible scheme to reduce the high altitude reaction of immigrated animals, which may provide theoretical basis for introduction and cultivation of new varieties of animals adapting to plateau environment.
