摘要
旨在探究新型的再生医学材料骨颗粒及骨修复材料在临床治疗上的应用。选取了3例犬骨不愈合病例进行移植修复手术治疗,并利用X光检查从骨折线变化、骨痂桥接情况以及骨折临床愈合时间等方面来评价骨折愈合程度。术后各时间点检查结果显示,骨痂桥接顺利,骨折线最早从术后第4周开始模糊,并逐渐消失,骨折临床愈合时间为术后12周。结果表明,新型再生材料骨颗粒及骨修复材料可支撑骨折并填充缺损,骨修复引导补片能阻止肉芽软组织对骨折断端的填充,从而促进骨折愈合。
In this paper, novel bone regenerative grafts and guided bone regeneration patches were used in three bone nonunion dogs. After the operations, x-rays were performed to examine the changes in the fracture lines, bridging callus formation, and fracture healing time. The results showed that, after the operations the fracture lines of the dogs started to blur 4 weeks later and completely disappeared and healed 12 weeks later. These effects indicated that the novel bone grafts and guided bone regeneration patches filled and supported the bone defects and prevented granulation tissue formation at the broken ends, and therefore facilitated bone repairing and regeneration within the fracture sites.
