摘要
从2006年开始,黑龙江省黑河市兽医实验室加大投入力度,在硬件、软件及人员素质方面均得到较大提高,其中,1个地市级、6个县级兽医实验室通过黑龙江省验收,获得《兽医实验室考核合格证》;7个实验室均通过非洲猪瘟检测能力考核验收,具备非洲猪瘟病原学检测能力。为掌握全市兽医实验室建设、管理和运行现状,对黑河市县两级实验室开展调研,分析存在的问题,提出意见和建议,提升全市重大动物疫病防控技术支撑能力。
Since 2006,Heihe veterinary laboratory in Heilongjiang Province has increased investment and greatly improved its hardware,software and personnel quality.Among them,one-prefecture level and six county-level veterinary laboratories have passed the acceptance of Heilongjiang Province and obtained the“veterinary laboratory examination certificate”;Seven laboratories have passed the examination and acceptance of African classical swine fever detection ability,and have the ability of African classical swine fever etiology detection.In order to grasp the current situation of the construction,management and operation of veterinary laboratories in Heihe,we carried out research on the two-level laboratories,analyzed the existing problems,put forward opinions and suggestions,and improved the technical support capacity of major animal disease prevention and control.
