农村文化礼堂助力农村成人教育的实践与探索——以浙江兰溪为例

摘要 加强农村成人教育不仅有利于构建学习型社会,更是完善农村公共文化服务体系、实现乡村振兴的重要举措。面对当前农村成人教育存在教育对象大量流失、教育资源配置优化程度不高、人才队伍建设薄弱等问题,浙江兰溪农村文化礼堂在教育对象、教育内容、教育方式和人才队伍建设等方面进行了实践探索,并取得了显著的成效,其经验启示主要体现在组织领导、供需对接机制、特色文化和评价体系等方面。对浙江兰溪农村文化礼堂实践探索的研究可以在一定程度推动其他地区文化礼堂建设,进而促进农村成人教育的发展。 Strengthening rural adult education is not only conducive to building a learning society,but also an important measure to improve rural public cultural service system and realize rural revitalization.In the face of the current problems in rural adult education,such as the loss of educational objects,the optimization of educational resources is not high,and the construction of talent team is weak,Zhejiang Lanxi Rural Culture Auditorium in the object of education,education content,education methods and talent team construction and other aspects of practice and exploration,and achieved remarkable results.Its experience and enlightenment are mainly embodied in organizational leadership,diversified participation,characteristic culture and evaluation system.The research on the practice and exploration of rural cultural auditorium in Lanxi,Zhejiang province can promote the construction of cultural auditorium in other areas to a certain extent,and then promote the development of rural adult education.
