摘要
在新工科和新商科建设的背景下,"工管融合"是一种培养"技术素养+管理能力"复合型人才的培养模式。基于"工管融合"人才培养目标,重点阐述了智能制造综合实训平台的建设路径和思路,从产品全生命周期管理、智能制造综合产线、数字化虚拟仿真、工业机器人基础实训、增材制造实训、华为大数据和物联网实训、双创实训这7个方面介绍了智能制造实训平台的建设内容;从人才培养模式、实训体系以及实训课程3个维度解读了实训平台的建设内涵;总结了"工管融合"实训平台的优势与创新,以期形成可复制和推广的实训平台建设路径。
In the context of new engineering and new business construction, "Engineering-management integration" is a training mode for cultivating compound talents with "Technical literacy and management ability". Based on the talent training goal of "Engineering-management integration", this paper focuses on the construction path and ideas of the intelligent manufacturing comprehensive training platform. The construction content of the intelligent manufacturing training platform is introduced from seven aspects: product life cycle management, intelligent manufacturing integrated production line, digital virtual simulation, industrial robots basic training, additive manufacturing training, Huawei big data training and IoT training, and innovation and entrepreneurship training.The construction connotation of the training platform is interpreted from three dimensions: talent training mode,training system and training courses. The advantages and innovations of the "Engineering-management integration"training platform are summarized in hope of forming a training platform construction path that can be replicated and promoted.
