摘要
以对苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯(DGT)/2,2-(1,3-亚苯基)-二噁唑啉(PBO)作为复合增容剂,制备淀粉/聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)复合材料,对复合材料进行热重分析、力学分析、断面形貌分析和熔体质量流动速率分析。结果表明,随着增容剂的加入,淀粉/PPC复合材料的热稳定性持续增强,熔体质量流动速率持续减小,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率先增加后减小,当增容剂添加量为0.9%时,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率达到最大值,分别为9.2 MPa、96.5%。此时淀粉和PPC的相容性最好。当增容剂加入量为1.5%时,复合材料的起始热分解温度最高,熔体质量流动速率最小,分别为301.4℃,16.7 g/10min。
Diglycidyl terephthalate(DGT)/2,2-(1,3-phenylene)-oxazoline(PBO)was used as composite compatibilizer to prepare starch/polypropylene carbonate(PPC)composites.The composite was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis,mechanical analysis,fracture appearance analysis and melt mass flow rate.The results show that with the addition of compatibilizer,the thermal stability of starch/PPC composites could increase,the melt index decreases,the tensile strength and elongation at break increase first and then decrease.When the compatibilizer content is 0.9%,the tensile strength and elongation at break could reach the maximum 9.2 MPa and 96.5%,respectively.The compatibility of starch and PPC is the best.When the compatibilizer content is 1.5%,the thermal decomposition temperature of the composites is the highest and the melt index is the lowest,which are 301.4℃and 16.7 g/10min,respectively.
