摘要
介绍了动车组高压设备典型质量问题以及优化方案,结合动车组高压设备典型状态修诊断性试验,提出了检修周期和设备状态双向控制策略以及预防性导则。通过检修周期和设备状态双向控制策略的优化,可降低高压电气设备事故率,并有效减少高压设备全生命周期检修成本。
This paper introduces the typical quality problems and optimization schemes of EMU high-voltage equipment.Combined with the diagnostic test of typical condition maintenance of EMU high-voltage equipment,the bidirectional control strategy of maintenance cycle and equipment condition and preventive guidelines are proposed.By optimizing the two-way control strategy of maintenance cycle and equipment status,the accident rate of high-voltage electrical equipment can be reduced,and the life cycle maintenance cost of high-voltage equipment can be effectively reduced.
