玻璃纤维长径比对PTFE复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以80wt%聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、20wt%玻璃纤维为基础配方,通过选用不同长径比的玻璃纤维为原料,制备了聚四氟乙烯复合材料,并进行了摩擦磨损试验,分析了不同长径比的玻璃纤维对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。SEM及EDS分析表明,当玻纤长径比小于8:1时,复合材料的磨损形式主要表现为粘着磨损与磨粒磨损;当玻纤长径比大于8:1后,复合材料的磨损形式主要表现为磨粒磨损。 Based on 80wt%polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and 20wt%glass fiber,PTFE composites were prepared by using glass fibers with different length-diameter ratios as raw materials,and the friction and wear tests were carried out.The effects of glass fibers with different length-diameter ratios on the friction and wear properties of the composites were analyzed.SEM and EDS analysis showed that when the glass fiber length-diameter ratio was less than 8:1,the main wear forms of the composites were adhesive wear and abrasive wear.When the glass fiber length-diameter ratio was greater than 8:1,the main wear forms of the composites were abrasive wear.
