氯化氢催化合成L-半胱氨酸甲酯盐酸盐

Synthesis of L-cysteine Methyl Ester Hydrochloride Catalyzed by Hydrogen Chloride

摘要 以无水甲醇、浓盐酸、浓硫酸、L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐一水物为原料,催化合成L-半胱氨酸甲酯盐酸盐,摩尔收率77.3%,通过^(1)H-NMR和红外光谱对产物进行了结构表征。该方法较使用酰氯的方法更加环保,反应时间短,清洁无污染,适合大规模生产L-半胱氨酸甲酯盐酸盐及其它氨基酸甲酯盐酸盐。本文从原料、设备、安全、环保、工艺的角度对产品工业化给出了建议。 Absolute methanol,concentrated hydrochloric acid,concentrated sulfuric acid and L-cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate were used as raw materials to synthesize L-cysteine methyl ester hydrochloride,and the mole yield was 77.3%.The structure of L-cysteine methyl ester hydrochloride was characterized by ^(1)H-NMR and IR.Compared with the general method catalyzed by acyl chlorides,this method was more environmentally friendly,shorter in reaction time,cleaner with pollution-free,more suitable for large-scale production of L-cysteine methyl ester hydrochloride and other amino acid methyl ester hydrochlorides.The advice on the industrialization of the product was given from the aspects of the raw material,equipment,safety,environmental protection and technology.
