摘要
目的通过调查徐州市儿童康复机构的现状和需求,分析存在的问题并提出建议。方法采用问卷调查的方式,于2018年4月-7月对徐州市残疾人康复机构中的75家儿童康复机构进行调查,包括机构的场地、设施、人员、评估和治疗等情况。结果本次调查共发放问卷75份,收回53份,有效问卷46份。此46家机构近5年建成的有21家。康复从业人员的年龄≤30岁的占比56.03%,医学专业人员占比70.41%,专科及以下学历人员占比53.83%。34.78%的机构用房是租赁的,10.87%没有无障碍设施;能独立完成评估的机构占比85.78%,每月进行1次以上评估机构的占比30.43%。每天能提供3个小时以上康复训练的机构占比41.31%,目前急需的培训项目中孤独症治疗技术、语言治疗和康复评估居前三位。结论徐州市儿童康复机构近些年发展很快,但机构建设的专业性不足,缺乏高层次人才;康复评估的能力,评估的频率和康复的时间有待提高;政府应加大对儿童康复的投入,尤其是在孤独症谱系障碍的诊治方面。
Objective To investigate the current situation and needs of rehabilitation institutions for children in Xuzhou,and to analyze the existing problems and put forward suggestions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 75 rehabilitation institutions for children with disabilities in Xuzhou from April to July 2018,including venues,facilities,personnel,assessment and treatment.Results A total of 75 questionnaires were distributed,53 were recovered,and 46 were valid.There are 21 of these 46 institutions built in the past five years.The proportion of rehabilitation employees aged≤30 years old was 56.03%,the proportion of medical professionals was 70.41%,and the proportion of junior college and below education was 53.83%.34.78%of institutional housing was rented and 10.87%had no accessible facilities;the proportion of institutions that can independently complete the assessment was 85.78%,and the proportion of institutions that conduct more than one assessment per month was 30.43%.Institutions providing more than three hours of rehabilitation training per day accounted for 41.31%,with autism treatment techniques,language therapy and rehabilitation assessments now in the top three of urgently needed training programmes.Conclusion Children's rehabilitation institutions in Xuzhou have developed rapidly in recent years,but the professionalism of institutional construction is insufficient and there is a lack of high-level talents.The ability of rehabilitation assessment,the frequency of assessment and the time of rehabilitation need to be improved;the government should increase investment in children's rehabilitation,especially in the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders.
