摘要
由于隧道的半封闭空间特性,长、特长隧道水泥路面铺装普遍存在抗滑耐久性不足的问题。为提升特长隧道路面铺装行驶安全性能,连英高速公路采用HET高性能抗滑表层对金门隧道水泥路面进行抗滑提升处治。从路面结构、旧路处治、HET混合料、HET施工工艺、工后路用性能等对HET在特长隧道路面抗滑提升中的适用性进行全面分析。分析结果表明,HET高性能抗滑表层具有较好的高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗裂、抗疲劳性能,铺筑后的路面行驶舒适,抗滑性能优良。
The cement pavement of long and extra-long tunnels generally has the problem of insufficient anti-skid durability.In order to improve the driving safety of the extra-long tunnel pavement,at the Lianying Expressway project,HET high-performance anti-skid surface layer has been adopted to carry out anti-skid improvement treatment on the cement pavement of Jinmen Tunnel.The applicability of HET in the anti-skid promotion of extra-long tunnels has been analyzed from pavement structure design,old road treatment,HET mixture design,HET construction technology,and road performance after construction.The results have shown that HET high-performance anti-skid surface layer has good high-temperature stability,water stability,crack resistance and fatigue resistance,and can be applied to the anti-skid improvement of extra-long tunnel pavement.
