摘要
为了提高机械工程及轨道测控领域相关人才的培养质量,设计了一套钢轨波磨检测实验教学平台。该平台基于对传统弦测法的扩展,利用双中点弦结构及逆滤波算法实现对钢轨表面波磨的快速、准确测量。通过对弦的构成方法、逆滤波方法参数的调节及机械结构、嵌入式系统、信号处理算法的设计等,学生可以充分理解钢轨波磨弦测的机理及结果的实际意义。该实验方案涉及科研创新成果,体现了实验教学设备的先进性、创新性且实验过程具有一定的挑战度,有利于培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。
In order to improve the quality of relevant talents in the field of mechanical engineering and track measurement and control,a set of experimental teaching platform for rail corrugation measurement is designed.Based on the extension of the traditional chord measurement method,the platform realizes the rapid and accurate measurement of rail surface corrugation by using double mid-chord structure and inverse filtering algorithm.Through the chord composition method,parameter adjustment of the inverse filtering method,design of the mechanical structure,embedded system and signal processing algorithm,students can fully understand the mechanism of rail corrugation chord measurement and practical significance of the results.The experimental scheme involves the innovation of scientific research,which embodies the advanced nature and creativity of the experimental teaching equipment,and has certain challenges in the experimental process,which is conducive to cultivating students’practical and innovative abilities.
